I was expecting the package to arrive in good shape like they said it would, but the box came messed up and crushed. Not exactly what was promised, and it was disappointing.

This chocolate is really tasty. The flavor is rich without being overly sweet, which I appreciate. it feels like a good-quality treat for the price, and it’s become one of my favorites lately

I used to grab Chocolove bars regularly, and yeah, some of the flavors still taste good. But lately I’ve been looking closer at the ingredients, and for the price, I just expected a little better. There seems to be more sugar and extra stuff in there than I really want when I’m buying chocolate.

It’s not terrible or anything, just kind of a letdown. I guess I was hoping they’d keep things simpler and use better quality ingredients across more of their bars. For now, I probably won’t be reordering anytime soon...

I had a smooth time using Chocolove. I found the chocolate bars I wanted without much digging, and checkout was simple enough. I also got the confirmation email and receipt right away, which was nice. The only downside was that a few pages took a bit longer to load than I expected

I was a little nervous ordering chocolate because I’ve been fooled before with stuff showing up old or weird-tasting. But this came super fresh and tasted great. No issues at all.

I really enjoyed the chocolate, and I personally like seeing that they use Rainforest Alliance cocoa. The packaging and recycling info is a nice touch too. I do wish they were a little clearer about where everything is sourced from, but from my perspective, it feels like they’re at least making a genuine effort.

I reached out to chocolove about an issue with my order i expected a quicker response, or at least a clearer one. I waited a few days, and when they finally got back to me, it kind of felt like they were rushing through it and didn’t really address the actual problem. I still like their chocolate, don’t get me wrong, but the whole customer service part was frustrating.

The chocolate tastes really good, I’ll give it that. I just wish it wasn’t so expensive all the time, because it feels like I’m only able to treat myself when there’s a sale. When the price drops, it feels fair, but otherwise it’s kind of hard not to feel like I’m getting squeezed a bit.

I ordered the dark chocolate mix, but when it showed up, it was mostly milk chocolate bars instead. Shipping was totally fine and everything arrived okay, just not really what I chose... Kind of disappointing because I was specifically looking forward to the dark ones.

I’ve ordered from them and overall had a good experience. The chocolate itself was tasty, which is obviously the main thing, and I also liked that they actually share some information about where the cocoa comes from instead of just making vague claims. It gives the impression that they’re at least trying to be thoughtful about sourcing and the farmers behind the product, which I personally appreciate. Shipping was totally fine too, nothing especially exciting, but it arrived when expected and everything was in good shape. My only small complaint is that the sourcing information could be a little easier to find on the site. It’s there, but I had to poke around more than I expected. Still, I’d order again

I appreciate that Chocolove makes the ingredients and allergy info easy to find. I’m careful about what I buy, so being able to check for nuts and dairy before I put anything in my cart helps me feel safer. Some bars do still mention shared facility warnings, which I personally have to watch out for, but at least the information is clear and not buried.

I ordered from chocolove.com and was surprised by how quickly everything showed up. I got the tracking info fast, and the box arrived within just a few days, which was great. The packaging was fine too, no issues there. I’m definitely happy with the shipping side of things, though I guess I still had slightly mixed feelings overall just because I wasn’t totally blown away beyond that. But as far as delivery goes, it was easy and hassle-free

I really like shopping here because they always seem to have the things I’m looking for. I found all my usual favorites without any hassle.

I ordered a few bars from chocolove.com and, umm, they showed up faster than I expected. The box looked totally fine too, no dents or weird damage or anything like that.

The chocolate was packed well, but when I opened it, it was a little warm. It wasn’t completely melted, just softer than I thought it would be.
Everything still tasted good and none of the bars were broken. I’d order again for sure, just maybe not during a really hot week.

I’ve been trying a few Chocolove bars they’ve been solid. As more of a dark chocolate person, I really liked that the dark bar had that bitter-sweet balance without feeling overly sugary. Most of the bars still felt like a treat, but not in a too-rich or candy-like way. One of the milk chocolate ones was a little sweeter than I usually go for, but overall I’d definitely buy them again.

My first impression was really positive because there were so many flavors to choose from. I liked having that variety, and a few of them were genuinely great. That said, not every flavor worked for me, so it was a bit hit or miss overall.
